Section 1: Warranty Scope and Limitations
Comprehensive Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of the Novus™ Trimmer. If you are the original purchaser, we ensure that your trimmer is safeguarded against any defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the applicable warranty period, contingent upon adherence to the following criteria:- The product must be purchased exclusively from www.novusgroom.com.
- Displaying a proof of the purchase date is mandatory.
- Returning the product to Novus™ is required.
- The trimmer should have been used as instructed, for the intended purpose only.
In the event that a defect manifests within the stipulated Warranty Period and satisfies the aforementioned criteria, we hold the right to either repair or replace the malfunctioning product or part at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
The Novus warranty is designed to protect you against defects originating from manufacturing processes. However, it does not extend to:- Issues arising from third-party alterations, repairs, or usage of non-original replacement parts or accessories.
- Damages stemming from accidents, including broken blades due to falls or other events where Novus™ is not at fault.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Any injury such as a cut or nick caused by the trimmer.
Furthermore, we may not be in a position to replace limited edition or discontinued items. In such cases, we will offer a replacement with a product of comparable value and features.
Note that product changes and design modifications might occur between your purchase and warranty claim, which may reflect in the repaired or replaced products.

- Order Number (if bought directly from Novusgroom.com).
- Proof of purchase date.
- Package status - whether opened or unopened.
- A description of the issue encountered.
We aim to finalize your warranty claim and communicate our decision within 15 business days of product receipt.
